2. Definitions

• School Owners: Authorized representatives of educational institutions in Ghana registered to manage school websites, list products, and post content.
• Users: Individuals accessing the platform to view information, purchase goods, give gift to schools or projects, or engage with content.
• Content: Encompasses school information, blogs, news, course or project details, and user-generated comments.
• Gifts: Monetary or non-monetary contributions provided by users to schools or designated projects.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the express consent of a legal guardian to use the platform. School owners must be duly authorized by a recognized educational institution registered in Ghana.

4. Account Registration

To access full functionality, school owners and users must register an account, providing accurate, current, and complete information. 5. Scope of Services

MyGHSchool.com provides the following services:

• For School Owners: Creation and management of school websites, publication of information, sale of products (e.g., books), receipt of gifts, and posting of blogs and news.
• For Users: Ability to search for courses or projects, purchase goods and services, donate to schools or specific initiatives, and comment on school activities, blogs, or news.
• Delivery of purchased goods may be arranged to a student's ward at the school or a user-specified location, subject to the school's policies and applicable fees.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or harassment via the platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the platform's functionality or security.

Comments on schools, activities, blogs, or news must be respectful and comply with the laws of Ghana.

7. School Owner Obligations

School owners shall:

• Ensure all content, including information, products, blogs, and news, is accurate, lawful, and current.
• Fulfill sales, process gifts, and manage delivery of goods or services promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all applicable Ghanaian laws, including tax, business, and education regulations.

MyGHSchool.com shall not be liable for disputes between schools and users concerning sales, gifts, or deliveries.

8. Purchases and Donations

• Purchases: Users may acquire goods (e.g., books) or services from schools. Pricing, availability, and delivery terms are determined by the school. MyGHSchool.com facilitates transactions but bears no responsibility for product quality, delivery, or refunds.
• Donations: Users may contribute gifts to schools or designated projects. All gifts are non-refundable, and schools are accountable for their proper allocation and use.

9. Content Ownership and Rights

• School Content: School owners retain ownership of their content but grant MyGHSchool.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and utilize such content for platform operations.
• User Content: Users retain ownership of their comments and submissions but grant MyGHSchool.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and moderate such content.

10. Fees and Payment

11. Delivery

Schools are responsible for coordinating and executing the delivery of goods to a student's ward or a user's designated location. MyGHSchool.com shall not be liable for delays, damages, or non-delivery of goods.
